Masterclass

Over 70% of history’s most transformative innovation came from employees, not entrepreneurs.

Employees are the number one source of innovative growth options and the only remaining source of true competitive advantage.Arming them with the skills and tools necessary to innovate on a continual basis is of paramount importance to organizational survival.

Discover how to overcome seven key barriers to driving innovation inside from inside large companies, based on three years of research involving more than 150 interviews with internal innovators, experts, and CEOs, and his analysis of the most transformative innovations of the last three decades.

This workshop will lay out a set of practical tools and frameworks for navigating the innovation journey and activating innovation from within any established organization, based on Dr. Kaihan Krippendorff’s next book, Innovate from Within: Change the World without Quitting your Job (Columbia University Press).

This highly interactive program is for individuals and teams at all levels that want to learn a robust approach to increase the rate at which they can experiment and pursue new innovative ideas in their company.
