
Damages, Missing & Wrong Items
- After receiving the item, please open and inspect your item.
- Notify us if packaging is received damage by completing the note that we provide inside the package via email or WhatsApp.
- Please KEEP all products, boxes, and original packing material shipped to you for further inspection, if needed.
- For damages item, please email or WhatsApp us description of damages with photos and the condition of the inner and outer packaging. We will give you a choice of a replacement or exchange for your purchase. (depends on item availability)
- Please be advised that all your packages are been inspected, recorded and weight before sent to the customer.
