Damages, Missing & Wrong Items

  1. After receiving the item, please open and inspect your item.
  2. Notify us if packaging is received damage by completing the note that we provide inside the package via email or WhatsApp.
  3. Please KEEP all products, boxes, and original packing material shipped to you for further inspection, if needed.
  4. For damages item, please email or WhatsApp us description of damages with photos and the condition of the inner and outer packaging. We will give you a choice of a replacement or exchange for your purchase. (depends on item availability)
  5. Please be advised that all your packages are been inspected, recorded and weight before sent to the customer.
