The plant is cultivated worldwide for medicinal and culinary uses. Research has found Egyptian black seed oil to be highest in beneficial compounds when compared to oils from black seeds grown elsewhere.

How to Consume:

Take 1-2 teaspoons a day to get all the goodness of natural black cumin seed oil.

Use out of the bottle:

Stir it into yogurt, smoothies or cereals. Drizzle on salads, pasta or spread it on bread. Use as dipping oil, finishing oil or add it to your favorite recipes.

Shake well before use.

Storage:

Keep refrigerated for freshness. Use within 8 weeks after opening. DO NOT HEAT. SEAL TIGHTLY!
