Return & Refund Policy
The Returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the good should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in the original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. KGM Health Food will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit, Customers will bear the return shipping cost and KGM will not be liable or responsible for any untraceable items returned. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, customer will be notified, via email, and offered an exchange/ refund within 4-5 days after the confirmation of returned products via WhatsApp
