Bhd. is an established Malaysian oil & gas services company, founded in 2002, specializing in engineering, construction, fabrication, and technical support for onshore oil & gas projects. With strong expertise in pipeline works, mechanical and piping services, and project management, the company is committed to delivering projects safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry quality standards.

Previously known as Citaglobal Energy Sdn Bhd., the company has since evolved and is now part of the Dhaya Maju Infrastructure (Asia) Sdn. Berhad group, strengthening its capabilities and positioning to support a broader range of infrastructure and energy projects.

Registered the company name back to Misi Setia, a brand synonymous with onshore Oil & Gas EPCC work

Dhaya Maju Infrastructure (Asia) Sdn. Berhad subscribed to new shares in Citaglobal Energy Sdn. Bhd., resulting in 80% equity ownership and establishing itself as the major shareholder with full operational control.

2024

Received recognition as one of the contributing contractors to the achievement of 25 million safe manhours without lost time injury (LTI) in the Sarawak Methanol Project.

2022

Renamed to Citaglobal Energy Sdn. Bhd., in line with the holding group’s rebranding from WZS to Citaglobal.
