Sharez joined the upstream oil & gas industry in 2000. He started his career as a field engineer with SLB (Schlumberger), before progressing through management roles at regional and global levels. His experience includes 15 years of international assignments in Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Romania. In 2025, he joined the Malaysian onshore pipeline and plant construction industry, as the Chief Executive Office of Misi Setia Sdn. Bhd.

Justin started his career in the Oleochemicals industry in 2007 as a Project and Process Engineer before pivoting into the Oil & Gas industry in 2013 where he progressed from a Process Engineer into management roles.  He has a total of 19 years’ experience covering technical, project management and commercial functions and has worked in multiple locally public listed companies as well prior to joining Misi Setia Sdn Bhd.  In December 2025, he joined Misi Setia Sdn Bhd as Head – Tender, Contracts & Procurement. 

He is currently a registered Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate (PEPC) with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute.

Chong Chee Hwa has over 32 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Power sectors since commencing his career as a Project Engineer in 1994. His expertise covers multi-disciplinary EPCC projects including pipelines, metering stations, refineries, petrochemical plants, and power plants, with functional responsibilities across technical, commercial, and project management.

He joined Misi Setia Sdn. Bhd. in 2008, and was appointed Head of Operations in 2025. He has been actively involved in the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System & ISO 45001: 2018.

Ir. Teoh Chee Yoong has more than 30 years of working experienced in the oil & gas, and petrochemical industries, which include more than 20 years of leadership role in the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning project of natural gas pipeline and metering system projects, oil & gas receiving terminal projects, refinery and gas processing plant upgrade projects. He registered with Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM) as a Professional Engineer in the Chemical Discipline since Year 2000 and currently a registered Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate (Chemical). He is a certified Competent Gas Engineer (Natural Gas) by the Energy Commission, Malaysia since December, Year 2000.

He has over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas and industrial maintenance industry, specializing in project execution, shutdown and turnaround activities, and mechanical maintenance. He has managed fabrication, piping, and maintenance projects, including planning, cost control, and site execution while ensuring compliance with QA/QC requirements and international standards.

In his current role as Senior Project Engineer, he oversees mechanical and piping works to ensure projects are completed safely and within budget. He joined Misi Setia in December 2024.

Azizi Aziz highly experienced engineering professional with over a decade of involvement in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) projects across multiple disciplines. He began his career with Misi Setia Sdn. Bhd. in 2011 as a Quality Control (QC) Inspector, where he developed a strong foundation in quality assurance, inspection standards, and project execution.

Over the years, he has progressed into more senior roles, contributing extensively to project delivery, coordination, and management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering and is a registered engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia. His career advancement reflects a transition into key positions such as Project Engineer and Project Manager, where he oversees complex project operations and ensures compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.

In addition to his academic and professional credentials, he is a Certified Planning Engineer accredited by the American Academy of Project Management, With a solid technical background and proven leadership experience, he brings a results-driven approach to project delivery, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards.
