Main WPP
Implementing conventional project regulation and design:
- Responsible for implementing Pre-Construction Meetings, Site Meetings, Technical Meetings, Project Coordination Meetings.
- Responsible for reviewing Monthly Progress Reports, Construction Drawing Approvals, Building Material Approvals.
- Responsible for reviewing and recommending physical work progress and interim payments.
- Assisting WPP Specialists in preparing job change applications and time extension applications.
- Â Manage acceptance and commissioning tests, system and equipment operation training and project handover processes.
- Prepare and review cash flow expenditure projections, and C-Plan.
- Provide delivery documents which include, as-built drawings, Operation and Maintenance Manual, spare parts list and others.
- Provide Certificate of Completion and Defect List.
- Responsible for all work on the construction site.
- Responsible for project reports in SKALA.
- Provide technical advisory services.
- Implementing Quality Management and Coordination.
WPP Civil & Structural
Implementing conventional project regulation and design:
- Â Responsible for managing and coordinating building construction projects until the defect period is completed
- Responsible for coordinating project implementation between JKR and other agencies as well as contractors
- Responsible for ensuring adequate allocation for each project
- Make work evaluations and manage work progress payments
- Review and confirm monthly progress reports received
- Plan, manage and implement Project Construction Audits for related projects
- Ensure that all completed projects are registered in the Government Asset Registry
WPP Architects
Implementing conventional project regulation and design:
- Responsible for providing technical advice and consultation services on the use of materials in construction to all government agencies.
- Responsible for controlling and approving materials and architectural construction samples for use in projects under the supervision of PPPN
- Carry out coordination for architectural works carried out on site
- Conducting Construction Audits for consulting and design projects
WPP Measure Materials
Implementing conventional project regulation and design:
- Responsible for managing and reviewing advance and interim payments for JKR 66 including ensuring that supporting documents are sufficient, complete with recommendations and certificates and finally need to be updated in the SKALA system.
- Responsible for managing, reviewing and preparing Work Changes through Contract Price Adjustments (PHK), Work Change Instructions (APK), Work Change Approvals (KPK), Prime Cost Money (WKP) and Temporary Allocation Money (WPS)
- Manage meetings of the Work Change Committee, Quotation Committee at the Superintendent / Project Director level
- Managing Delay and Extension of Time Certificates (PKLM), Certificate of Uncompleted Work (CNC) and Certificate of Completion of Work (CPC)
- Managing Final Certificate of Accounts
Mechanical WPP
Implementing conventional project regulation and design:
- Responsible for ensuring that the implementation of mechanical installation works such as air conditioning, elevators, internal water supply systems, dental chair systems and other services carried out by the contractor are in accordance with the specified planning and design.
- Responsible for testing, controlling and approving materials and mechanical equipment for project use under the supervision of PPPN
- Carry out coordination for mechanical works carried out on site
- Conducting Construction Audits for related projects
- Ensure all payments for mechanical works have been made by the contractor
WPP Electricity & ICT
Implementing conventional project regulation and design:
- Responsible for ensuring that the implementation of electrical, electronic and telecommunications installation works as well as other services carried out by the contractor are in accordance with the specified planning and design.
- Responsible for testing, controlling and approving electrical and electronic materials and equipment for use in projects under the supervision of PPPN
- Carry out coordination for electrical works carried out on site
- Monitor the implementation of the electricity supply connection process for all PPPN projects
- Conducting Construction Audits for related projects
- Ensure that all payments for electrical work have been made by the contractor.
